ODBC DRIVER

This product will allow you to transfer data from Polymathic Accounting Systems to virtually any spreadsheet, word-processing, database, report writing, electronic mail, groupware or other compatible microcomputer package.

The applications for this are virtually limitless. Typical applications are:

1. Cash flows
2. Custom reports using any accounting data for any period of time
3. Budgeting

8. Automatic reminders via electronic mail

PC FAX

This product will allow you to fax any information contained in files created using Polymathic Accounting Software directly from your computer WITHOUT having to print it !

Examples of information which can be faxed without having to first print it are:

1. Sales invoices
2. Customer statements
3. Past due notices
4. Reports
5. Multiple copies can be sent to multiple locations
6. Updated price lists
7. Audit confirmations
8. Supplier open items
9. Order confirmations
10. Product information
11. Purchase orders

GENERAL LEDGER IMPORT

This product will allow you to import trial balances prepared using other accounting software into Polymathic's General Ledger eliminating the need to rekey the data.

This will give the user easy access to all the power and flexibility of Polymathic Software.

PC QUERY AND REPORT WRITER

This product will allow you to query and report on any data contained in our Accounting System. You can use data from the last week, month, year or last ten years if you wish.

MICR CHEQUES

This product will allow you to use a laser printer and ONE inexpensive form for all your bank accounts. The benefits of MICR cheque printing are:

1. Print the entire cheque including the company name and address, bank name and address, cheque number and MICR encoding.
2. Slash your cheque form costs. ONE inexpensive cheque form can be used for all your bank accounts.
3. Eliminate form obsolescence because of address or telephone number changes.
4. Reduce labour costs. Regardless of the number of bank accounts, only one cheque form must be loaded in the printer.
5. Bank reconciliation becomes easier, faster and more accurate. The cheque number can be encoded by the MICR printer in addition to the bank account, so that the cheque numbers appearing on the bank statements will now match those generated by the computer system.
6. Security. These forms are safer than typical pre-printed forms since none of the bank or company information is pre-printed.

LASER FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Put an end to the hassle of typing or word processing financial statements. Our laser financial statements option allows you to produce financial statements directly from our General Ledger package.

ELECTRONIC FORMS
